Yes. A gangsheet (which is a transfer sheet containing multiple designs) can either be uploaded, or you can create one on our website using our Gangsheet Builder.
Choose the size of the gangsheet that will fit all the images that you would like to order (eg an A3 sheet) and then click on the "Create Gangsheet" button. You will then be able to upload and arrange the designs you would like on your gangsheet and order directly. Alternatively, you can create the gangsheet on your own computer using your software of choice, and then upload that onto our system. If it helps, we have pre-sized templates that you can download and use.

Your artwork must be PNG files that are print-ready, at the size you want it to be printed. A minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required for best results. You can also upload PDF gangsheets. If you are going to build your gangsheet in our online Gangsheet Builder, you can also upload SVG images to use on that gangsheet, but please ensure that the files do not contain bitmaps or fonts, and that all fonts are converted to a shapes.
Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise it will be printed as it is received.

No, we do not provide art proofs as part of our ordering process. We produce your transfers as quickly and accurately as possible using the artwork you provide.
Follow the instructions on our "How To Prepare Your Artwork" page, which should help resolve any issues. If you would like us to check your artwork for you then please get in touch via email and we will be happy to take a look at the artwork for you. Please be aware this will slow the order processing down and may prevent us from shipping your order within our usual timeframes. If you would like us to make any changes or amendments to your artwork, then any artwork will be chargeable.
We recommend pressing with a commercial heat press for the best results. This can either be a manual heat press or a hydraulic heat press.
We do not recommend pressing with a domestic iron or a press without adequate pressure settings like the Cricut Easy Press.
Our transfers are hot peel (just let the transfers cool for a few seconds after pressing or wipe with a damp cloth before peeling), but also work equally well as cold peel.
Once the transfers have been pressed onto your garment we recommend not washing it for the first 24 hours.

If you place your order online before 10:00am, Monday - Friday, your order will be dispatched same day. If you select standard shipping it will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24. If you need your order guaranteed next day, we recommend you select the Next Day shipping option at checkout.
Orders placed over the weekend will be printed and shipped on Monday.
NOTE: If you have ordered after the cut-off time for next day dispatch, your order will NOT be expedited if you select a "Next Day" or "Saturday Guaranteed" as your delivery option. Your order will be dispatched the following day with the shipping option you have chosen.
